Bogus (but funny) Game AI article?

Looks to me like this article is more than a little tounge-in-cheek.

"We figure with eight million people working eighteen hour shifts, that we can satisfy our needs."


Hmm, even in third world countries, I would guess the total costs involved in paying and administering eight million employees would be prohibitive.

The overall tone of the article, plus a couple of others I read on that web site, suggest that it's not serious.
